ADMINISTRATIVE LAWYER FULL TIME MELBOURNE CBD POSITION

FOI Solutions is on the Victorian Government panel and Municipal Association of Victoria panel of legal service providers for administrative law.
As part of our dynamic team your role will include to:
advise clients on FOI, privacy and other administrative law matters
conduct review proceedings, appear in VCAT and instruct in Courts where required




conduct training seminars and actively develop and contribute to long term growth strategies
work under supervision with increasing autonomy in a close-knit team
consistently demonstrate professional excellence in all that you do.
The following attributes are sought:
a demonstrated, genuine interest FOI, privacy and/or other administrative law work (required)
energy, drive and a "can do" attitude - willing to go above and beyond
a willingness to proactively contribute to firm growth, achieve professional excellence, and strive for continuous personal development
admitted or about to be admitted to legal practice in Australia (required).
