About the Role




We are on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic casual Bartenders to join our team at Manly Pavilion Precinct across our 3 venues Manly Pavilion Restaurant, Las Palmas and The Espy. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and helping maintain the smooth and efficient running of our fast-paced venue.
In this role you will:
Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic to a high standard;
Maintain exceptional knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal drinks menus;
Ensure drinks are presented consistently, accurately, and in line with The Boathouse Group standards;
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area at all times.
Engage with guests in a friendly, confident manner, enhancing their overall experience;
Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with legal requirements and venue policies.
About You
To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a bartending role within a busy, high-volume hospitality environment and a genuine passion for guest service. You will also:
Hold a valid RSA;
Be confident working under pressure in a fast-paced bar environment;
Have a passion for guest interaction and hospitality excellence;
Be eager to learn, develop, and refine your cocktail skills;
Be a strong team player with a cooperative mindset.
