What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our Pre-Delivery team, you'll help ensure vehicles are delivered to customers smoothly and on time by:
Supporting sales and fleet administration activities
Coordinating vehicle orders and delivery schedules with manufacturers
Preparing and processing vehicle documentation accurately




Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and completing reconciliations
Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
Liaising with internal departments to keep deliveries on track
Providing general administrative support across the department
What We're Looking For
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems
A proactive, team-focused attitude
Current C Class Open Driver's Licence
Automotive or dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
