BIG4 Conway Beach
We are seeking managers for a holiday park located in the Whitsundays.
Roster 14 days on and 8 days off
$116,000 per couple
Position would be best suited for a couple
Job Requirements
Roles and Duties
Supervising the day-to-day operation of the holiday park
Managing reception and reservation duties
Assisting park guests
Managing and working with a small team of cleaners and other staff members
Operating and ensuring safe use of park plant, machinery and equipment
Enforcing park rules OHS and regulations
Representing the park as required
Working with the local council, businesses and community groups
Daily and monthly reporting as required
Grounds keeping tasks
Running of bingo nights, pizza nights
Skills And Experience
Be available to work weekends, school and public holidays
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills




Be confident and able to work unsupervised
Have excellent references from your previous employers
Must have previous caravan park experience
Excellent customer and communications skills
High degree of maintenance skills is a must
Attention to detail, flexible and reliable
Trade skills to assist in park maintenance are highly desirable
Previous experience using RMS9 highly desirable
Other Requirements Prior To Commencing
Must have a current First Aid Certificate
National Police Clearance
Current RSA Certificate or willing to obtain one
Current drivers license
Current ABN/ACN
Current Public Liability.
You will require your own Caravan / Motor home
