What you'll do
Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown's high standards
Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
Vacuum and tidy rooms
Refill guest amenities and supplies
Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
Work with your team to meet daily room targets based on a credit system
What we require
At least 3 months' previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation setting
Availability to work across a 7‐day rotating roster
Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending and lifting
Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous luxury hotel housekeeping experience
