Wests Mayfield is on the lookout for a passionateCasual Chef or experienced Cookto join our friendly and talented catering team. You'llwork across our popular Bistro and the much-lovedTexas Grill Restaurant, where the menu is bursting with flavour - from slow-smoked ribs and wings to prime-grade steaks, burgers, pizzas, and classic sides (not to mention desserts!). Our Bistro offers all the club favourites plus weekly specials that keep things fresh and exciting. Your day-to-day will include:
