The Excellent Aussie Bush Camp in Victoria's South Gippsland region is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to lead activity instructors and support operations, ensuring safe, high‐quality outdoor education experiences for visiting teachers and groups.
You'll work closely with the Centre Manager, mentor staff, manage rostering and safety, and maintain a calm, proactive presence to resolve daily challenges and keep every guest journey smooth from arrival to departure.
