Position Overview
As the Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in leading a team of sales associates, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating a positive shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs by motivating and coaching sales associates.
Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's presentation and uphold the GUESS brand image.




Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute promotional events and initiatives effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
About you
Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Solid stockroom and inventory management skills - experience with processing deliveries, stocktakes, and replenishment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen eye for trends and styles.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
