We're hiring: Developer Programmer – Football Technology
Premier Data is seeking an experienced Developer Programmer to help develop, maintain and scale our Football technology platform as we expand into the UK market.
This is a hands‐on full‐stack development role focused on building reliable, scalable and responsive technology for football clubs, competitions, coaches, analysts and commercial partners.

About you
To be considered for this role,



you will have:
A relevant degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related discipline, together with at least 12 months of relevant Developer Programmer experience; or
At least five years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a relevant qualification
Practical experience in full‐stack software development
Strong problem‐solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Experience working with databases, APIs and cloud‐based environments
The ability to document systems and communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
A collaborative, accountable and results‐focused approach
Football industry experience
Experience or knowledge of the UK football market is preferred but is not essential.
Candidates with experience in football, sports technology, performance analysis, video analysis or a sports‐related software platform are encouraged to apply. However, applicants without football industry experience will also be considered where they demonstrate the required qualifications, development experience and an ability to quickly understand Premier Data's products and customer environment.
Location and working arrangements
The role is based in Melbourne and offers hybrid working arrangements. Remote arrangements may also be considered for the right candidate.
