Readings is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team and take ownership of the month-end close across nine shops, our warehouse and head office.
You will produce monthly management accounts, support quarterly Board reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting, partnering with Department Heads to explain variances and strengthen financial accountability.
The role focuses on streamlining core processes, advancing automation, and supporting ERP implementation.
