YH Support is seeking a compassionate NDIS Support Worker to assist a client who is transitioning, with a strong emphasis on LGBTQIA+ inclusion and respectful support. Shifts are Wednesdays 1pm–4pm and Fridays 12pm–3pm, in a casual, adaptable role.
You will provide personalised care, advocate for client needs, and collaborate with families to develop tailored support plans while promoting independence and inclusion in the community.
