Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and experienced
Centre Manager
to lead our established
Baldivis North
service in Western Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who can support and develop an existing team, strengthen centre culture, drive quality outcomes and occupancy, and build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community.

About the Role




Lead the day to day operations and overall performance of the centre
Support, mentor and develop a high performing team
Build a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
Drive enrolments, retention and occupancy growth
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
Manage staffing, centre performance and operational outcomes
Support educator engagement and professional development
Ensure a safe, inclusive and high quality learning environment
About You
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous Centre Manager experience or significant leadership experience within an early childhood service
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and compliance requirements
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
Ability to drive occupancy, engagement and operational performance
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Passion for delivering high quality education and care
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Valid Working With Children Check
