Triple M Plumbing Group is seeking an experienced
Plumber
to join our energetic team in Melbourne, VIC ****. This is a
full-time position
that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Key responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in residential and commercial properties
Great skills in underground plumbing and excavator skills
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installations
Perform preventative maintenance work to ensure optimal system performance and longevity
Comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards on every project
Respond to emergency call-outs in a timely and professional manner
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work completed and any recommendations
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Keep tools and equipment in good working order and maintain a clean, safe work environment
What we're looking for
A recognised plumbing qualification or apprenticeship (completed or in progress)
Current plumbing licence or equivalent certification recognised in Victoria
Proven experience working as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and best practices




Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
Ability to use standard plumbing tools and equipment competently
A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
A commitment to health and safety compliance and a proactive approach to identifying hazards
Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared objectives
