Reporting into theSafety Marketing Management Team Lead, theMarketing Specialistwill be based at ourNotting Hillhead officeinMelbourneandenjoy flexibility,ahealthy work-life balance,and have theoptionof hybrid working.You willbepart of the Market Access Team and work closely with Marketing, Product Managementand Salescolleagues.
Key responsibilitiesof this roleinclude,but are not limited to:
Conducting both Internal and external event management;
Participate in the design and creation of market facing resources;
Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring availability of all approval records;
Sourcing suitablesuppliers for activationactivitiesUtilisationof all relevant tools including, but not limited toHubspot, CRM and Falcon;
Organising and implementing online surveys asappropriateand ensuring reporting is completed and distributed to the relevant stakeholders;
Organising photo & video shooting and ensuring material is made availablefor ongoing use;
Providing project management support to the local Marketing team;
Activelyparticipatesin developing and improving global procedures and tools and provides feedback to relevant teams in the central marketing team;
Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:
Successful completion of tertiary education in marketing/communications or related field is preferred;
Work experience in a communications/marketing role;
Moderate skills in desktop publishing - InDesign, Illustrator preferred.
Broad experience in the conception and execution of marketing/communication activities in the Business-to-Business market;
Proficient IT knowledge in MS Office and CRM systems;
Ability to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines;
