We are looking for a motivated and organised
Training & Inductions Administrator
to join our team. In this role, you will help coordinate employee training, support the onboarding and induction process, maintain training records, and ensure employees and contractors complete the required training and compliance requirements.

As part of our team, you will play an important role in helping new employees settle into the organisation, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to work safely, confidently, and successfully from day one. Your work will contribute to a positive employee experience and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule employee inductions, training courses and refresher training.
Monitor and maintain employee competencies, licences, qualifications and training compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and training documentation within Employment Hero and compliance management systems.
Manage workforce compliance requirements across platforms including Avetta/Pegasus, Ideagen/Damstra, Rapid Global and RIW.
Prepare and distribute training reports, compliance updates, and workforce readiness information.
Liaise with employees, supervisors, managers and external providers to coordinator training and onboarding activities.
Provide administrative support across HR, HSE, and operational functions.
Support continuous improvement of induction, training and compliance processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a training or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing sector (Highly desirable)
Strong organisational skills and time‐management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Customer‐focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
