You'll work within a well-resourced project team consisting of:
Project Manager
Contract Administrator
Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
You'll gain exposure across the full commercial delivery of projects, including:
Procurement and subcontractor management
Cost reporting and forecasting
Variations and progress claims
Contract administration
Client and subcontractor management
Design coordination
Supporting projects from procurement through to completion

health, education, retail, commercial, industrial, warehouse, government and civic projects

About You
Contract Administration experience within commercial construction
Strong communication and organisational skills
A good understanding of procurement and commercial processes
A genuine willingness to learn and develop
An interest in building a long-term career within the Ballarat region
Experience with systems such as
Jobpac, Payapps, Hammertech, Aconex or ProcurePro
would be beneficial but isn't essential.
Salary is experience dependent, with the business prepared to pay well to secure the right person.
