Blitzy is hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer to serve as a frontline technical resource for our growing team in Cambridge, MA. You'll handle day-to-day tickets, support recent hire onboarding, and manage end-user access across core business applications.
You'll also participate in higher-level projects including MDM rollouts, VPN configuration, RBAC, and office buildouts as we scale. Expect collaboration across cross-functional teams and opportunities to shape infrastructure decisions.
