As the Garden MaintenanceTeam Leader at Lux, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our clients outdoor spaces. This hands‐on position requires practical expertise and robust leadership qualities. You will lead and work alongside our small maintenanceteam, overseeing and participating in a range of gardening and horticultural tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and pest management.
Qualifications
Qualification in Horticulture or a related field preferred; Cert III in Horticulture will be highly regarded
Proven experience in gardening and horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years of experience




Physical fitness and the capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
Organisational skills to plan and coordinate tasks effectively
Current driver's licence (maintenancevan is provided)
