HVAC Apprentices ( 1st to 4th Year)
to join our growing team in Parramatta, NSW. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for individuals keen to develop a rewarding career in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning. This role offers the perfect foundation to build a long-term career in a skilled trade that is in high demand across residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
Assist experienced HVAC technicians in the installation and setup of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults under supervision
Perform preventative maintenance and servicing on existing systems
Assist with the repair and replacement of HVAC components and parts
Support technicians in commercial, industrial and residential project work
Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed
Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures on job sites
Contribute to the team's commitment to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Undertake formal training as part of your apprenticeship, combining on-the-job learning with classroom study
What we're looking for
A passion for hands‐on work and a genuine interest in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think logically about technical issues
Good physical fitness, as the role involves working at heights and in various weather conditions




Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
Current Year 12 or equivalent qualification (or equivalent work experience)
A valid Australian driver's licence is highly desirable
