Join a global healthcare organisation in a newly created Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator role with a strong focus on warehouse operations, 3PL management and logistics coordination.
Working closely with the Head of Supply Chain, the warehouse and external logistics partners, you'll help manage the day-to-day flow of products and investigate issues across orders, inventory and deliveries. This role would suit someone who understands how a warehouse operates and enjoys getting to the bottom of problems, while still being confident dealing directly with customers.

About the Opportunity
This newly created role has been designed to strengthen the Supply Chain and Customer Service functions following operational changes within the business.
The bulk of the position will focus on logistics, warehouse operations and managing interactions with the 3PL, so we're looking for someone who genuinely understands warehouse flow and how stock moves through an operation.You'll manage and investigate delivery and inventory issues, liaise with the warehouse and internal stakeholders,



and work through discrepancies to resolution. For example, if a customer reports receiving only part of an order but the warehouse records show a complete delivery, you'll know how to investigate what has happened, ask the right questions and follow the stock through to resolution.
You'll also provide customer service support, so the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and communicate with empathy is important.
Duties
Manage day-to-day interaction with the warehouse
Coordinate logistics, inventory and delivery enquiries
Investigate stock, order and delivery discrepancies through to resolution
Understand and monitor the flow of products through warehouse operations
Process and manage customer orders using SAP and EDI
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Manage challenging customer conversations professionally and empathetically
Follow established processes when managing customer and product-related issues
Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehousing and Logistics stakeholders
Maintain customer and product master data
Support continuous improvement and operational change initiatives
Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within warehouse operations, logistics or 3PL management
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and stock flow
Experience within healthcare or FMCG
SAP experience
EDI experience will be highly regarded
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
Confident communicating with customers
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
A flexible, continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to change
