The Product & Supply Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Kumho Tyre Australia's product supply and inventory operations. This position is responsible for coordinating procurement and ordering, monitoring inventory levels across our national warehouse network, tracking inbound shipments from overseas manufacturing plants, maintaining product data, and supporting stock planning and allocation.
Working closely with State Managers, Warehouse Managers, Finance, Head Office and overseas manufacturing plants, the role helps ensure the right products are ordered, tracked and available to support the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have robust analytical and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in procurement, inventory, supply chain or product coordination. They will be comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP and enjoy working with both local and international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to bring along
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management or a similar coordination role, together with strong Excel and data management skills.

Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, product coordination or a similar role.
Experience coordinating purchasing and orders with suppliers or manufacturing plants.
Strong inventory management skills, including monitoring stock levels, shortages,



surplus and slow-moving stock.
Experience coordinating and tracking inbound shipments, including ETAs, vessel schedules and delivery status.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Korean language skills are highly regarded
, particularly for communication with Head Office and overseas manufacturing plants.
