Creative Activation, part of Clemenger Group, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive sales and relationships in Independent Groceries across Melbourne VIC. You will own on-shelf distribution, run promotions, and manage store relationships to meet KPIs.
You should have 3+ years in retail/FMCG sales, a valid driver's licence, access to a vehicle, and be comfortable with data-led execution. This is field-based work with car allowance and training opportunities.
