As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking experienced Senior Project Manager to join their high-performing team. The Role
Senior Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects
You will have the personality and technical capabilities to grow into a construction manager role
You will forecast and manage project budgets
Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts
Experience/Qualifications Required
A stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the tier 1/2 space.
Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging robust relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Whats on offer
$260,000 - $280,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right person) - Experience based salary banding
