As a
Food ServicesAssistant,
you will assist in preparation and serving of meals to our residents at our
51-bed
facility in
Ballan.
Working as part of the Food Services Team, the responsibilities include preparation and serving of meals, daily kitchen hygiene and audit duties.

What you bring:
Certificate in Food Handling: HLTFS207C.
Experience in a commercial kitchen.
Aged Care Experience as Food Service Assistant/ Kitchen Hand
Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups.
Ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
Understanding of and commitment to safe work and hygiene practices.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to understand and complete documentation in accordance with Food Safety Plan requirements.
Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
Pro-active and dedicated approach to position.
