An exciting opportunity has become available to join a highly regarded real estate group as they expand with a brand new office in Sydney's Inner South West.
This is an opportunity for an Agent who wants more than simply joining another established sales team. You'll take the lead on sales within the new office, establish yourself in the local market and build a significant long-term sales business, with the brand, infrastructure and leadership of an established real estate group behind you.
Importantly, you'll have leads and opportunities provided to you from day one, giving you a genuine platform to build momentum, secure listings and grow your sales business.
You'll also receive an attractive base salary plus commissions, giving you the security of a strong base while still being rewarded for the business you build and results you deliver.
Already manage a few properties of your own? Bring them with you. The group will take care of the day-to-day management, so your rent roll is looked after while you focus on building your sales business.
We're open to speaking with both established Sales Agents looking for a new platform to accelerate their growth and high-performing Sales Associates ready to step out on their own and make the move into an Agent role.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Take ownership of residential sales within a brand new office

Build and grow your own database, pipeline and client relationships
Establish your presence and market share within the local area
Prospect and generate current listing opportunities
Conduct appraisals and listing presentations




Manage vendors throughout the sales process
Negotiate and close residential property transactions
Build your personal profile within the local community
Work directly alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team
Play a key role in establishing and growing the new office
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This opportunity could suit:
An established Sales Agent looking for greater autonomy, a fresh market and a strong platform to grow their business.
A proven Sales Associate who has built the foundations, is ready to step out from underneath a lead Agent and wants to establish themselves as an Agent in their own right.
You'll be ambitious, driven and confident in your ability to prospect consistently, build relationships and create opportunities.
Previous residential real estate sales experience is essential, along with a NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
