They're currently on the hunt for an experienced Office Coordinator to step in and keep things running like clockwork while a team member is on long term leave.
This is a rapid-start, 5-week temp assignment,perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office and loves being the person everyone relies on.

Location:
Wagga Wagga — office-based, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri)
Hours:
8:30am – 5pm
Pay:
$38 – $40 per hour + Super, paid weekly
What you'll be doing:
You'll be at the heart of the office, keeping everythingand everyonerunning smoothly.
Day to day, this will include:




Managing the office's day to day admin, emails, and phone calls
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Coordinating meetings
Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
Liaising with building management/facilities as needed
Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
Ensuring the office runs efficiently and presents professionally at all times
This is a true "go to person" role.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in an administration or office coordination role
Confident, professional client-facing skills
Someone who can hit the ground running from day one
