What You Will Be Doing
Our client is currently seeking a Onroad Supervisor based in Banyo to conduct safe and efficient allocations of resources. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm plus overtime as required. Your duties will include:
To supervise the coordination of Transport vehicles, equipment and labour within the division to ensure the efficient, cost-effective and profitable completion of jobs in accordance with safety and environmental standards, customer expectations and performance targets. Managing in consultation with Dispatch route performance
Provide and encourage effective communication throughout the business unit and Operations team
To liaise with customers and coordinate resolution of issues arising in a timely and effective manner
To promote and continuously apply personal safety, environmental and quality awareness in the workplace
Ensure that all drivers perform their duties in a safe,



competent and responsible manner and without risk to health, quality or to the environment.
Assist in the development, implementation and/or modification of best practices
Advise administration team to add new service lines for new waste streams
Assist in month end close procedures and reporting
What You Will Need
Drivers Licence + reliable transport
Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen
Willing to undertake a police check
Fatigue Management/ Chain of Responsibility experience or exposure
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
A strong focus on health and safety
High attention to detail and problem solving focused
