Role: Print & Production Coordinator
Type: Full time (must have full working rights, unfortunately no WHVs)
Salary: $*****k + Super
Location: Pyrmont, close to transport, cafes, and the harbour foreshore
Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home,genuine flexibility built in

About the role
You'll own point of sale production and distribution end to end, liaising with multiple suppliers, managing warehouse stock levels, and working hand in hand with the Head of Visual Merchandising to bring their vision to life across every store.
What you'll be doing
Driving POS production from concept to delivery, across multiple suppliers and formats
Leading the allocation of new product and staying ahead of replenishment needs
Owning SKU creation and maintenance,



plus the full end to end critical path
Aligning POS orders seamlessly with the Marketing Calendar and new store openings
Keeping budgets, quotes, and invoices razor-sharp and accurate
Being the vital bridge between Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising, turning creative vision into reality
Overseeing digital screens across the store network
Managing Perspex and prop requirements group-wide
Playing a key role in store openings, delivering marketing material on time, every time
Keeping stores and VM Trainers in the loop with clear, proactive communication
What we're looking for
An Excel pro, confident navigating large, complex data sets with ease
Proficient across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher (or similar tools)
A strong grasp of print processes, from colour to stock
Sharp, organised file management skills
A natural communicator and stakeholder manager, with an eagle eye for detail
A genuine self-starter who takes ownership and runs with it
Someone who thrives under pressure and flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Impeccable time management, paired with a real sense of urgency
A customer-first mindset, always
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Print, Graphics or similar highly regarded, but never a dealbreaker
