is growing its NSW operation and is looking for an experienced
Workshop Fitter
to join the team in
Rydalmere
. You'll be working on high-quality equipment with strong systems, training and long-term stability.
About the role
This is a hands‐on workshop position focused on the
preparation, installation, servicing and repair
of hydraulic lifting equipment built to customer specifications.
You'll be working across
new builds, pre-delivery work, scheduled maintenance and breakdowns
, within a safety‐first, team‐based workshop environment.
Key responsibilities
Workshop installation and preparation of hydraulic lifting equipment to customer specs
Truck hydraulic installs
(incl. PTO/pumps where required)
Hydraulic hosing
, component replacement and leak rectification
Mechanical fault finding,



servicing and repair (scheduled + breakdown)
Welding and fabrication
(subframes, bracketry, modifications, repairs)
Minor auto‐electrical tasks as required
Complete job documentation and maintain high housekeeping standards
What we're looking for
Proven mechanical fitting experience (workshop-based preferred)
Solid
hydraulic servicing/repair
capability and diagnostic skills
Welding/fabrication exposure (ticketed ideal, practical capability essential)
Heavy vehicle / truck body / lifting equipment experience highly regarded
Safety‐first attitude, reliable, high attention to detail
Ability to pass
pre‐employment medical + drug & alcohol
screening
