About the Role:
Based in
Archerfield (QLD),
this
full-time
role is perfect for a mechanic, auto-electrician, or technician who enjoys working on a variety of equipment. You will receive full training and support on any machines or systems you are not yet familiar with.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform




routine field service repairs, emergency breakdowns, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and repair
brake, electrical, hydraulic, and ignition systems
Read and interpret
technical manuals
to conduct necessary maintenance
Use
specialist tools and diagnostic equipment
to detect and resolve faults
Replace defective parts and identify necessary replacements for major repairs
Conduct
safety inspections
before releasing equipment
Maintain a
clean, safe, and organized
work environment
Accurately complete
electronic service logs and reports
Stay up to date with
new technologies and techniques
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years
of experience in a similar role
Solid
mechanical aptitude
and willingness to learn
Ability to
work independently
and solve problems
Valid driver's license
and ability to pass a
drug & alcohol test
Experience in
forklifts, material handling equipment, or similar machinery
is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Mobile Plant, or Auto Electrical certification
