We've partnered with a highly regarded Property Management agencies known for managing a premium portfolio and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don't come up often.
You can pick your desired location, and whether you prefer Boutique or a Larger Agency setting.
Each client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio, and move into Team Leader roles if desired.
What sets this role apart:
Salary $85,000 – $100,000 (DOE) + Super + Incentives
Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends
Manage a clean, structured portfolio




Stable, long-standing team with a genuinely positive culture
Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1-3 years' Property Management experience
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Strong communication and time management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Valid driver's licence
