About the role
MinRes is currently seeking a Management Account to join our Commodities team, within the wider operational finance team on a full-time basis.
The commodities team is responsible for all Lithium and Iron Ore reporting within the group.
This role is for our Wodgina Lithium Operation and will be a predominantly site-based role, working with leadership on the ground.
As our Management Accountant, you'll be reporting to the Senior Management accountant and provide vital financial insights to support decisions across the business.
You'll be responsible for preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis that highlight opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved profitability.
This position commences on a 4D3X roster on our Wodgina site, flying from Perth.
What is required:
Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.




Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA) preferred or working towards.
Established experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or similar role, with experience in the Resource or Industrial sector highly regarded
Robust knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/BI systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
Positive attitude and mentality to learn and grow.

The Wodgina lithium is a world class hard rock lithium asset, located 120km south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
MinRes manages all mining operations at Wodgina, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tonnes (SC5.5).
