Beyond Care is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our Norwest team in a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work with participants to translate funded supports into real-world outcomes and build recovery-oriented, person-centred plans.
The role blends support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching, requiring knowledge of NDIS processes, robust communication, and a commitment to participant choice and outcomes.
