Andersens is looking for passionate and self-driven flooring estimators to join the team. Successful candidates will work alongside our project team to assist in delivering key responsibilities outlined below.
Key responsibilities for this position are
Identifying scope of works
Tender preparation and quotations including design variations
Project admin including preparation of job sheets and costing for subcontractors
Undertaking site inspections and liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and clients
Any other duties as required
The Skills Required For This Position Are
Should have experience in reviewing and analysing technical drawings, specifications and relevant documentation to complete taking off quantities for wall and floor tiles + waterproofing + angles etc for estimating and pricing purposes




Sound knowledge of Measure Square/CAD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Valid Driver's License but not essential
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
Basic competency in mathematics
Verbal and written communication skills
Time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to undertake work independently and within a team
Show initiative and demonstrate a commitment to service
Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities
