Supporting approximately 90 employees within a busy manufacturing and construction environment, this is a broad, hands-on role covering around 60% HR and 40% WHS.
It could be the perfect next move for an experienced Coordinator who is ready to step up, broaden their responsibilities and take real ownership of the HR & safety function.
Best of all - practical experience matters more than qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Contracts, employee records and compliance
Employee relations and day-to-day people matters
Performance, probation and absenteeism processes
International recruitment and visa coordination
Training and development
WHS meetings, training and internal audits
Incident, hazard and safety compliance
Managing licences, tickets and employee competencies
Maintaining WHS and training records
You may currently be an HR Coordinator, HR & Safety Coordinator,



People & Culture Coordinator or WHS Coordinator with good exposure across both people and safety.
You'll ideally bring:
Hands-on HR experience
Practical WHS/safety exposure
Experience supporting an operational or blue-collar workforce
Solid systems and administration skills
Confidence dealing with employees and managers
A practical, organised and proactive approach
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or another operational environment would be highly regarded.
Formal HR or WHS qualifications are not essential - if you have the practical experience and capability, we want to hear from you.
