Due to company expansion, an exciting opportunity has been created for a Full Time ICT Officer – Application Support to join our team, based at our Brisbane CBD (Queensland) site.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Application Specialist
to join our ICT team. In this role, you will provide expert support, administration, and enhancement of business applications, ensuring reliable operation, successful deployment,andtimely troubleshooting and positive user experiences for employees across multiple sites and business units.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors, you will help identify business needs, deliver new solutions and system improvements, support key company applications, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, maintain documentation, and provide high‐quality customer service.

Preferred skills and experience:
Proven experience providing application support in a multi-site environment.
Robust capability in application deployment, lifecycle management,
patching, upgrades, and system configuration.
Advanced troubleshooting skills, including the ability to interpret logs, analyse error patterns, isolate variables, and identify root causes.
Demonstrated high-level expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Exchange, together with advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform development and governance, Microsoft Intune application and device management, and Entra ID security group administration, role-based access control, and permission management.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining accurate support records.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small ICT team.
Experience creating high-quality documentation, training materials, and process guides.
Knowledge of permissions management, system integrations, and workflow automation considered an advantage, with advanced API integration skills and experience developing complex system-to-system integrations regarded as a significant advantage.
Strong customer-service orientation with a proactive and solution‐focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support and administration for business applications, ensuring reliable operation, timely issue resolution, and a positive user experience across the organisation.
Engage with stakeholders to identify business requirements, scope application enhancements and solutions, and translate operational needs into practical system outcomes.
Design, configure, build, test, deploy, and maintain business applications, workflows, forms, and integrations,
with a solid focus on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform, Intune, and Entra ID security groups and permissions.
Investigate and resolve complex application, integration, authentication, and performance issues, undertaking root-cause analysis and coordinating with vendors where required.
Plan and deliver application upgrades, releases, and system changes, ensuring appropriate testing, documentation, communication, and user readiness activities are completed.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge base articles, and user guides to support operational effectiveness and knowledge sharing.
Deliver user training, demonstrations, and guidance to improve adoption, capability, and effective use of business systems and digital solutions.
Monitor application performance, usage, security, and data integrity, identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
Contribute to ICT and digital transformation projects by providing application expertise,supporting solution design, coordinating testing and deployment activities, and assisting with change management processes.
Ensure appropriate governance, security, access controls, and compliance requirements are maintained across supported systems and platforms.
Provide occasional assistance with general ICT support activities as required, particularly where in office presence enables timely resolution of user issues.

Full time permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Remuneration:
Level 3 - $80,******
