Morgan Mac Lawyers is seeking a lawyer to join our experienced team in Brisbane. This full-time role will see you providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of legal matters.

What you'll be doing
Working with clients on a broad range of legal matters
Advising and representing clients on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, business transactions and franchise matters
Conducting legal research, preparing court documents, and managing the litigation process
Negotiating settlements and resolutions to disputes, both in and out of court




Attending Court and briefing Counsel
Collaborating with the team to provide comprehensive client support
Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Contributing to the ongoing development of the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in law and admission to practice as a solicitor in Queensland or interstate equivalent
1-2 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients
Excellent legal research skills
Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse caseload and meeting deadlines
A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
