In this senior role, you will take full ownership of a stable residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a residential portfolio of apartments with confidence and autonomy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant communication
Working closely with leasing and inspection teams to ensure seamless operations
Supporting portfolio growth through onboarding new properties




Mentoring and guiding junior team members
Developing strong relationships with tenants and contractors
Utilizing systems and technology to drive efficiency
Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You
Minimum three years' experience in residential property management
Current Vic Agents Rep and valid driver's license / Car
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong understanding of Vic tenancy legislation
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
