Conflict Resolution Service in Canberra is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead the Protected and Connected Youth Program, supervise staff and apply trauma-informed approaches to support children, youth and families.
The role focuses on staff wellbeing, quality assurance, case reviews and continuous program improvement, across Outreach and Residential supports with on-call duties in a 7am–7pm, Monday–Friday roster.
