CSBS Group in Bundaberg is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to join a dedicated 24/7 support team. You will provide person-centred care, promote independence and assist with daily routines in a respectful workplace.
Successful candidates will work casually across shifts, with access to paid induction, MAYBO and buddy shifts, and ongoing training. You will help participants achieve goals, navigate medical appointments and community activities within an inclusive team.
