About HealthX
HealthX was founded in **** to address critical workforce shortages across regional and remote Australia. It was clear that the demand for healthcare professionals in these areas could not be met by the local workforce alone. We saw an opportunity to bridge the gap by connecting these communities with qualified international clinicians.
Drawing on our global healthcare and recruitment networks, we began sourcing, sponsoring and supporting skilled nurses and carers to work in Australian hospitals and aged care facilities. Our early success-and a 94% retention rate-confirmed what we believed from the start: with the right support, international clinicians can deliver lasting impact in even the most underserved communities.
