across South East Queensland. They are seeking an experienced
Contracts Administrator
to join their team around
Brisbane CBD
.
Key Responsibilities
Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, including procurement and negotiations.
Manage variations, progress claims, payment schedules and subcontractor claims.
Maintain RFIs, notices, correspondence and contract documentation.
Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments and cash flow, preparing commercial reports.
Requirements
3–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in multi-residential construction ($10M–$30M).
Robust understanding of contracts,



subcontract administration, variations and progress claims.
Ability to read and understand contracts, drawings, scopes and specifications.
Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building qualification preferred.
