SMYA in Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Advisor to lead and elevate our safety strategy across our multi-site operations. Based within our HR function, you will partner with senior leaders to build a culture where everyone goes home safe every day.
You will develop and implement the WH&S; Management System, provide expert compliance advice, and deliver governance, training, and executive reporting while driving continuous improvement.
