The Role:
Relay
is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made straightforward - just what you need, right when you need it.
We're looking for
Casual Retail Assistants
to join our team at
Sydney Airport
. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
*Wide availability across the 7 days prioritised!
*Airport trading hours are wider so availability for morning/nights a bonus
What You'll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
Passion for customer service & sales
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
Well-groomed & professionally presented
Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we'll train you!
Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)




Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
