NSW Health is seeking a Patient Experience Officer for the Emergency Department in Dubbo. This permanent part time role (16 hours per week) focuses on delivering excellent patient and carer experiences by fostering clear communication between patients, carers and clinical staff.
As part of the Dubbo Health Service, you will contribute to a supportive team in a high-volume ED, with opportunities to improve patient outcomes and service delivery within the Western NSW Local Health District.
