Kanda is seeking a Service Coordinator within our Veterans and Aged Community Care team in Melbourne to coordinate rostering and workforce support that keeps protected, reliable care flowing to clients in their own homes.
You will own the end-to-end roster, schedule field staff for every shift, and ensure clear, proactive communication with clients, families and the Clinical Team Leader. This role is pivotal to timely, quality home care delivery.
