What you'll be doing
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front‐of‐house team
Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality
Strong leadership and people management skills
A passion for great customer service and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Availability for day shifts with flexible rosters -
no late nights or early mornings
