What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently and reliably by:
Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out repairs to minimise downtime
Performing preventative and scheduled maintenance activities
Troubleshooting mechanical faults and identifying root causes
Contributing ideas to improve equipment reliability, performance and safety
Ensuring equipment is handed over in a safe, clean and food-grade ready condition
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
What You'll Bring
Cert III Trade Qualification (NSW recognised) in a relevant trade
1-3 years post-trade maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Robust fault-finding, troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
A proactive approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
