GLAS is seeking an Australia Country Manager to lead the Loans Agency and Trustee operations with full P&L; responsibility.
The role requires executive leadership across Middle Office, DCM, and Client Services, directing strategy, growth initiatives, and risk management in a hybrid Australia market.
The successful candidate will drive performance, recruit and develop senior leaders, and represent GLAS in APAC markets while ensuring high standards of client servicing and operational excellence.
