About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, adaptable and patient-focused Radiographer to join the Medical Imaging team at Dubbo Health Service. This role offers the chance to work within a busy and varied regional imaging department, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, theatre and specialist clinical settings.
As a Radiographer, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate imaging services, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that includes radiographers, radiologists, nurses, medical officers, allied health staff and administrative colleagues.
The successful applicant will demonstrate sound clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospital environment.

Dubbo Health Service provides imaging across a broad clinical caseload, offering exposure to general radiography, mobile and theatre imaging, emergency and trauma work, fluoroscopy and opportunities to develop skills in advanced modalities depending on service needs and experience.
The role requires a radiographer who is reliable,



versatile and able to prioritise workload while maintaining high standards of image quality, radiation safety and patient communication. You will be supported to contribute to continuous improvement, clinical education, service development and the ongoing delivery of a responsive Medical Imaging service for Dubbo and the wider Western NSW region.
Participation in rostered shifts, weekend work and on-call services as required by the department.
